HOW TO CREATE ORDER

• Customers are welcomed to put items into the shopping cart. You will find the [Add To Cart] button in each item page.
• After that if you want to adjust the quantity that you want to purchase, press the [update] button, the particular item will be change in your shopping cart.
• Then You can continue your shopping by click [Fill Your Details] tab.

HOW TO CHECK OUT

• Please fill the shipment details on this page is correctly.
• Make sure you select the SHIPPING AREA correctly according to your shipping address here by clicking the link provided.
• Then you can select your payment method
• press the [checkout] tab
  
• click [checkout] button to finish it

After make a transaction, you will get the transaction ID (which also mailed to your mailbox) that you can use to check you transaction again on the Transaction Check section , fill your number transaction (ORD-xxx) & your email adress

ABOUT PROCESS ORDER & PAYMENT

We are accepting transfer to our account for payment only. As soon as you finish the procedure with made a transaction, we give 3x24 hours to finish the payment (Even if the price changing in that time, you still get the lower price)

After that time pass, we reserve the right to process/delete the order only. For lowstock item, we give to whom already paid first, not by the time transaction made. Thank you very much for your kindly understanding, this is the procedure for fighting against fraudulent transaction.

ABOUT SHIPPING ORDER

After you finish your payment, we wil send the item as the shipping method you choose, after we send it, we will email the number of consignment we get from TIKI
