RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
If you are not happy with the products you received, if its the products are damaged, stain or defeact. You may return the product with the requirments below :
- You should take a pic the product with the damaged and contactusthrough email email@example.com within 3days after you receive the product. Please provide information why you want to exchange the product.
- We will response to your email and ONLY after you get the email response you can send the product to us
- You will then have 7 days beginning after you receive our email response to send it back. Products have to be remained unused and keep all the tags and packing with them.
- If after 7 days the goods are not received by us, we have authority to reject your exchange.
